2019-2020 Schedule and Requirement Letter For Driver Intervention Program (DIP)

Registration will be at 5:00 pm for males and 5:30 pm for females. The fee for the program is $425 for a shared room and $750 for a private room, $200 of which is nonrefundable unless attendance is canceled (10) ten days prior to the program. Payment is due NO LATER THAN TEN (10) DAYS before the date of the program. Your space in the program IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL THE FEE IS PAID IN FULL. Payments made by debit or credit can be made by calling (740) 420-9490 or in person in our office. Payments made by cash or money order should be mailed to: PARS, 101 ½ West Main Street, Circleville, OH 43113.

If payment is being made in our office, please call ahead to assure there will be someone present to accept your payment. SPACE IS LIMITED. PAYMENT IN FULL GUARANTEES YOUR PLACE IN THE PROGRAM. FIRST PAID/FIRST SERVED. YOU WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST IF THE PROGRAM FILLS BEFORE YOUR REGISTRATION IS FINALIZED BY PAYMENT.

Please Read the Following Very Carefully!

  1. Participants are to be drug and alcohol free when arriving for the program. If you are suspected of using alcohol or other drugs, you will be asked to leave, your referral source will be notified and your fees will be forfeited.
  2. Bring clothes (Group Appropriate) and any sealed alcohol-free grooming articles necessary for three days.
  3. Valuables and cash are brought at your own risk.
  4. No phone calls will be allowed. You will not be able to make or receive calls. If there is an emergency, you will be contacted and arrangements will be made. Please take care of all personal and business matters prior to attending the program, since no telephones will be made available. Please do not bring cell phones with you.
  5. All medications need to be in ORIGINAL CONTAINERS and given to DIP staff on the day you arrive. BRING ONLY THE AMOUNT OF MEDICATION YOU WILL NEED FOR THE WEEKEND. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE PROGRAM.
  6. You must have approval from your referring court to reschedule. Contact your probation officer.
  7. You will need to eat dinner before arriving for the program on Thursday night. All other meals will be provided for you.
  1. If you have a food allergy or requirement you must notify the staff (10) ten days prior to the program.
  2. You may bring snack foods in sealed original packages only. Do not bring open drinks or food; you will have to discard them.
  3. Soft drinks and water will be available for .50¢ each. Candy and snacks for $1.00
  4. E-cigs or vapes are not permitted.
  5. No aerosols allowed.
  6. No playing cards.
  7. No electronic devices are allowed.
  8. Go to the conference room located in the Quality Inn, upon arrival.
  9. No medical marijuana. Marijuana is a Schedule I substance under the Controlled Substances Act. Schedule I drugs are classified as having a high potential for abuse.
